The Farms at Pine Tree Barn encourages Holiday Family Photo-Shoots and has partnerships with multiple, fine, family portrait photographers.  You can also put us in touch with your favorite photographer and we will help organize your photo session at our farm.

FOR PHOTOGRAPHERS BOOKING SESSIONS AT THE FARM:

We welcome professional photographers who wish to shoot photographs and video on the farm!  Please review the important guidelines and requirements below, then let us know your plans.

 

All photographers must complete and return a waiver form to The Farms at Pine Tree Barn in advance of their photo session. Please email rita@thefarmsatpinetreebarn.com for scheduling and more information. Also, please visit our website at TheFarmsatPineTreeBarn.com for additional detail about our property and the upcoming season.

 

Guidelines:

     •  Sessions must be scheduled at least three (3) days in advance.

     •  Prepayment in full is required three (3) days in advance of your session.

     •  Photo sessions are only permitted in the fields, not inside The Barns.

     •  View and sign the Photography Waiver form on the previous page.  SIGNED WAIVERS AND PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED NO LATER   

         THAN THREE (3) DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR SESSION(S).

     •  Completed forms can be scanned and emailed back to the address above or mailed to 4338 Shreve Road, Wooster, OH 44691

     •  Pre-season weekends can be very busy at The Farm. We recommend when possible, holding your sessions during the week as you will

         likely have the place all to yourself! Thanksgiving weekend parking is very challenging, please try to avoid scheduling at this time for your

        client’s ease and satisfaction.

     •  Dogs are allowed at The Farm during photo sessions, ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES FOR LIABILITY PURPOSES.

 

Prices:

     •  Prepayment in full is required three (3) days in advance of your session.

     •  We accept checks or credit cards.

     •  Payment must be recieved no later than three (3) days prior to your session(s). Checks must be received by mail 3 days prior or credit cards

     •  Half Day Session: 9am – 1pm = $75

     •  Full Day Session:  9am – 4pm = $150.
